90 DAY Return Policy

Product in new and unused condition with all accessories in original sealed packaging may be returned for up to 90 days following the original purchase date.

 

Returns that are received with original packaging within 30 days of receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment OR as a store credit in the form of an online coupon code to be used at checkout on our website.

 

Returns received 30 - 90 days from the original purchase date will be refunded as a store credit in the form of an online coupon code/gift card.  Store credit expires one year from the date of issue. To apply store credit towards a new purchase, simply order online and enter the coupon code at checkout.

 All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Customer Service or via our online return portal and require a return number.

  • You must have purchased the item from us at www.bibandtucker.com.
  • For all returns other than damaged, defective or incorrectly-shipped items (see below), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item.  Visit our return portal to get a return number and return label.
  • To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us, unopened and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of receipt. You must also follow the Return Procedures specified below.

NOTE: For hygienic purposes all sales of Razors & Blades are final. Items which have been partially used such as shaving creams, soaps, oils, etc. are also not eligible for return.

 

EXCHANGES

Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@bibandtucker.com OR call 855-275-4439 to place a new order for the product you desire and to obtain a return number to ship your product back for a refund. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.  OR simply visit our return portal to return the item and then place a new order via our website.

 

HOW TO RETURN?

If your order qualifies for return, please visit our return portal - enter your order number and email to request a return number and prepaid SmartLabel®. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for use of the prepaid label. If you choose a store credit, a prepaid label may be obtained free of charge.  If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method to ensure arrival to our facility. If using our prepaid SmartLabel®, simply apply the label to the package and hand it to your postman.  If using your own label, please note your return number on the outside and inside of your package and return it to: BIBANDTUCKER.COM,  Attn: Returns, 1840 Enterprise Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. 

NOTE: Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization may take months to process and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. This includes a $6.95 return label fee, if used. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

 

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

  • We will make it right. Contact us at 855-275-4439 to speak to a Customer Service Representative.  For hygienic purposes all sales of Razors & Blades are final. Items which have been partially used such as shaving creams, soaps, oils, etc. are also not eligible for return.  OR SAVE TIME and visit our self-service return portal to get a return label and request a refund.
  • You must have purchased the item from us at www.bibandtucker.com.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. In addition, you will receive a full refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures.
  • To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of receipt. You must also follow the Return Procedures specified below. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
  • We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.
