The Bib&Tucker Guide To Exfoliation

Relations. Creation. Incarceration. Determination. EXFOLIATION.

Let the scrubber kick, let the scrubber kick…those dead skin cells to the curb!

Normal aging, cold and dry weather, excess tanning and many other things can take a serious toll on skin. One way to improve your skin and get it looking great is to exfoliate. Yeah, we said it! If you don’t know what that means, listen up, and if you do know what it means, here’s a cookie for being so evolved.

The Bib&Tucker Guide To Exfoliation

If you shave, you’re already exfoliating part of your face. It’s such an effective way to get younger looking skin, even women are starting to do it! Exfoliation scrubs off dead skin cells, revealing more youthful and vibrant skin. Removing dead skin cells helps prevents acne, ingrown hairs, and unwanted wrinkles.

If your skin is sensitive, wash with an exfoliating cleanser once or twice a week to avoid irritation. Those with naturally oily skin can exfoliate with a scrub or cleanser more often. There’s no need to apply a lot of pressure to facial skin while exfoliating, use the same touch you use while applying your regular cleanser. You can even try skipping daily face washing, replacing your cleanser with an exfoliant that you use a few times a week. Make sure to moisturize afterword!

Do you exfoliate already? Are you willing to give it a try? Tell us all about it!
